Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log in to your account or contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  Processing & Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned part, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
